Who we are
Local agents. Serious coverage. No scripts.
We're the Jennifer White Agency: three offices across SLO County (San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, and Atascadero), all operating as one team. Walk into any of them and you're working with the same agents.
Most of our clients are neighbors: people who bought their first home in Arroyo Grande, opened a winery in Edna Valley, run a contracting business out of Atascadero, or moved up from the valley to raise kids near the coast. We've walked them through wildfire seasons, non-renewal letters from carriers exiting California, FAIR Plan placements, and "what happens if I add my teenager to the policy?" moments.
Most of our work is local, but our license covers all of California. SLO County residents with a second home, rental property, or business operation elsewhere in the state work with us for those too, and California residents anywhere who find us online get the same agents and the same process.
Our core relationship is with Farmers, which gives our clients competitive rates and the stability of a top-tier carrier for the majority of their coverage. When the situation calls for it (a vacation rental in Cambria, a winery on the Westside, a client with a complex claims history, a commercial property Farmers can't fit), we place through 20+ brokered carriers to find a home for it.

We can place the risks Farmers can't.
Hard to place a risk? We have brokered carrier access most captive Farmers agents don't, and we use it when Farmers declines a risk. Roughly 30% of our placements end up with a non-Farmers carrier because Farmers couldn't write that particular situation.

You get a team, not a 1-800 number.
Every client works with a consistent team: names you'll come to know, not a rotating cast. Our main line rings to all three offices and routes you to the right person for what you need. When our team is on another call, you can also route yourself to Farmers' licensed service team for personal-lines questions, so you can get help now instead of leaving a voicemail. Either way, a real, qualified person picks up.
